Notes
A group of us tasted this very interesting and complex rosé. The wine is nicely structured with layers of complexity, a creamy mouthfeel, and pleasing minerality. The surprising long finish is just the starting point for this rosé. One experienced taster went so far as to report “it is totally unlike any rosé I’ve ever had.” Another taster said they experienced “a little white pepper in the mouth,” while another concurred and elaborated that they had a sensation of mint in the mouth.
All agreed that it is a very unusual, gastronomic rosé. We later confirmed how well this rosé accompanies food when we paired it with salmon, pan fried in a honey-soy sauce. A combination to die for!
