Notes
Faint floral notes detected on the nose. Pleasantly tart palate, reminiscent of green apple, that softened over time. Surprisingly long finish. This wine is well-structured, nicely balanced, and, with its round mouth–probably due to some time in oak–make for an elegant wine. Just the right amount of acidity contribute to its lovely pairing with food. More interesting than the usual Whispering Angel or Miraval, at the same price.
