Notes
Lovely pale salmon color. Citrus dominant on the palate with flavors of honey, nectarine, and peach. The rosé has a fair amount of body and is slightly less acidic than your typical Provence rosé–enjoyable as an apéritif or to serve with food. The wine paired nicely with a simple lobster roll.
